25+ years in leadership development, the last several mostly inside PE-owned companies, where the timeline is compressed and development work has to show up in performance.
I work with boards and executive teams in PE-backed and investor-owned companies. My aim is simple: to make leadership as visible and trackable as the rest of the plan.That means starting with data instead of opinions. I use validated assessments to show how a leader is perceived and how they actually lead. From there I work with the leader on one to three specific behaviors, and we measure whether they change.I work with individual leaders, and at the interface between fund and company, where a shared leadership language often decides whether a plan gets executed. I work in Danish and English.
Certified in the Leadership Circle Profile and the Leadership System. The 360-degree results show how a leader sees themselves, how others experience them, and where the gap is largest.
Certified in the Collective Leadership Assessment, Everything DiSC and The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team. Completing Hogan certification in October 2026.
I have worked inside large organisations and alongside them. At IBM I was part of the Nordic leadership team, so I know what it means to carry a business and lead leaders, not only to advise them.
I have also worked as an external consultant at McKinsey, and I was co-owner of the Nordic licence for FranklinCovey (including 7 Habits of Highly Effective People) for a long period of time.
